Emerson Declares Dividend 

ST. LOUIS, August 5, 2008 -- The board of directors of Emerson today declared the regular quarterly cash dividend of thirty cents ($0.30) per share of common stock payable September 10, 2008, to stockholders of record August 15, 2008.
